In contact with multinationals, SMEs, public authorities and investors, Richard has in-depth knowledge of renewable energies in Switzerland and in Europe, particularly in the fields of biomass, market electricity and renewable heat. Since 2007, he has been particularly active in entrepreneurship related to renewable energies, having created three viable companies active in this field. Richard was also vice-president and then president of a business association for eight years and is a member of the board of directors of a foundation.
Jean-Yves Girod, Eng. (56, CH)
Jean-Yves is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience. Specialized in R&D and industrialisation, he also has solid experience in team management, after-sales service and in training employees and customers. Jean-Yves also spent 15 years as an instructor and then commander of the fire department of a town in Switzerland.
Thibaud Marchais, Eng. (43, FR)
Since the start of his career, Thibaud has specialized in launching and developing new businesses. Passionate about renewable energies for more than 15 years and with many successes in this field, he has solid commercial, technical, and marketing skills. In particular, he set up and developed very efficient sales networks in France in the fields of heat pumps and photovoltaic panels.

Diana is an Engineer in ecology and holds a Masters in Sustainable Development Communication. Her career began in environmental strategy consulting with a life cycle approach as well as founder of a company specialized in project management of renewable energy projects. In recent years, she has specialized in supply chain and traceability, a skill that is also very important for Proxipel.
Sébastien Humbert, PhdD (43, CH)
Sébastien is a recognized international expert in the field of life cycle assessments. Doctor in environment, he has extensive knowledge in the issue of energy production. Sébastien thus enables Proxipel to constantly follow the latest research developments in environmental technologies and environmental impacts.

Emmanuel Guex (49)
Emmanuel is an entrepreneur and an investor in sectors such as trade, real estate, industry, logistics and coaching. Its vision is based on sustainable development, not only of natural resources but also and above all human resources and interactions between the business world and the rest of society.
François Vuille (50)
François is Director of Energy in the Directorate for the Environment of the canton of Vaud (Switzerland). Its activities mainly focus on energy transition, energy strategy, diversification of renewable energy production and the implementation of energy efficiency measures. He was previously Director of the Energy Center of the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne (EPFL, Switzerland). He has developed a deep understanding of the bioenergy sector, for which he has strategically advised numerous government organizations, multinationals, and investors. He is one of the principal authors of the Bioenergy Review of the International Energy Agency.
Norbert Dischinger (53)
Norbert has been an active expert in the startup ecosystem for 27 years, specialized in the themes of energy and heat. After being Chief Financial Officer of several companies, he created three energy startups and was an investor in a venture capital fund. Today, Norbert advises startups on commercialization and industrialization. He is also an expert of the European Community for grant applications and advises startups that have obtained them.

Philippe is a specialist in financial strategy and fundraising in the pharmaceutical, audiovisual, and renewable energy sectors.
