Our dryer is a key component of our system. The result of extensive expertise and innovation, it combines advanced technologies with strict safety standards, enabling the development of the world\u2019s first fully integrated mobile pellet production unit.
It operates by simultaneously circulating biomass and tempered air inside a rotating drum. The heat required for drying is generated using a portion of the pellets produced by the unit itself, eliminating the need for additional fuels. Furthermore, the air temperature is automatically adjusted according to the moisture content of the material being processed, ensuring an optimal and highly efficient drying process. <\/p>\n
To improve drying performance, we have integrated several key elements:<\/p>\n

- Very fine grinding: Ensures maximum contact surface for rapid drying.<\/li>\n

The flame separator plays a crucial role in ensuring safety. It extracts flaming particles from the air before they come into contact with the biomass, minimizing the risk of fire. <\/p>\n

Our technology uses miniaturized components to fit into the dimensions of a road-going semi-trailer.<\/p>\n
It is based on the following operating principle: biomass supply and preparation, high-speed drying, mixture conditioning, pelletizing and pellet cooling.<\/p>\n
Depending on the intended use of the unit, many options can be integrated to improve productivity and reduce the carbon footprint.<\/p>\n

- The material is loaded into the skip<\/li>\n
- It is ground twice<\/li>\n
- The biomass is then transported to the dryer.<\/li>\n
- Once the moisture has been removed, it is conveyed to the press to be compressed at high pressure.<\/li>\n
- The pellets produced are transported to the front of the trailer by a vibrating screen system.<\/li>\n
- They are blown out of the trailer.<\/li>\n
- All settings can be made via the touch screen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
